Compendio immobiliare comprendente due strutture ricettive principali immerso in circa 20ha di proprietà, divisa tra circa 11/12 ettari di uliveto con circa 2000 piante, le più giovani di una età di 15 anni, fino ad arrivare a 20; circa 5 ettari di vigne certificate DOC maremma toscana, comprendenti sangiovese, merlot e cabernet sauvignon; circa 4 ettari liberi e convertibili sia in vigneto che oliveto.
Tra le strutture troviamo:
La prima con 6 camere, la ricezione, il magazzino, l’area colazioni interna con camino ed esterna, la predisposizione per una eventuale cucina, piscina interrata e villino indipendente con 2 appartamenti.
la seconda comprende 6 appartamenti attrezzati con area verde e barbecue ognuno, piscina interrata, magazzino e rustico con possibilità di realizzazione 1/2 appartamenti.
Troviamo inoltre la cantina vini, disposto su 2 livelli: terra e seminterrato primo. Al piano terra troviamo un magazzino di circa 200mq con annessa area deposito bottiglie. Nel seminterrato troviamo la cantina vera e propria, con area preparazione e angolo invecchiamento dei vini in barrique. Nello stesso stabile è presente anche il frantoio per la creazione l’imbottigliamento dell’olio.
